As replies have already raised, it's quite possible that there are other bits of statistical noise confusing this result. After all when expressed as deltas, these are differences of 4% and 2%, respectively, not exactly enormous differences. The bigger point is that "teens abused by adults are three times more likely to report poor mental health". We're talking about 300% vs. "within the margin of error".
