My erstwhile colleague Professor Sol Picciotto has long been an authority on the political economy of global #tax affairs; here's his assessment of the #UN Tax Committee.
As he concludes, 'Only a truly global tax body could finally achieve the radical reform needed to achieve a comprehensive, fair & effective rebalancing of taxing rights over the global income of MNEs'.... and he is confident that the UN Committee can be that organisation.
I hope he's right!
