People who appear to be allergic to the CLI: typing is quicker than clicking, and remembering a handful of commands you use every day (and Googling the one or two you occasionally need, which you DON'T use every day) requires less cognitive load than remembering sequences of clicks.
Same applies to keyboard shortcuts. Get your hand off that mouse! :P
