When people cancel their Patreon subscription it gives them a option to explain why. Sometimes people use it to apologise and explain that they can't afford it any more. It's nice to know that we haven't pissed them off or something but I feel bad that people are apologising.
Our shows are free to everyone, and paid for by people who can afford to support us. Don't tell the Americans but it's basically socialism. No one should feel obliged to pay if they aren't in a position to do so.
