Federally it is Schedule 1 (most restricted). In my state is is a schedule 6 (doesn't exist federally) which makes possession up to ½ ounce a minor class 3 misdemeanor (just above a speeding ticket) and up to 1½ ounces a class 1 misdemeanor. It's crazy that it is still illegal while the state runs liquor stores and takes in all the revenue from that.",
