If π₯ π it's permanent, get a big one π with low-loss π cable. For walking π π― around, I π use the Rokland 2.5 π€ dBi 8" π antennas. π They're π₯ tuned π really well and the range π€ π is probably as good as it's going to get. They're π― thin and π π light, π so they don't strain that SMA π connector. In π the end, though, altitude trumps antenna π₯ every time.
