I had Turkish onion salad ad on my list of recipes to try for a while now and finally had a chance to do so. Yum! Definitely to be repeated, would also work super well with a summer bbq. I love simple but impactful recipes (I also like complex ones, but I love to maximise the yumminess vs. effort ratio in my everyday life.)
I'm also slowly running out of sumac, need to get more!
