I got the alert, but for part of the year I'm at a place where Wi-Fi calling is the only option. That area is highly prone earthquakes, floods and wildfires, so it's kind of significant. Seems like there should be some kind of workaround, no? (The workaround is to mandate that cellular providers build out infrastructure in rural areas, but, well...)",
