One thing that's interesting about the new Ninja LuxeCafe espresso machine is that it tackles cold brew differently than most espresso machine with a "cold brew" function.
- uses different (and deeper) filter basket
- has up to a 10 minute steep and brew time
- has different modes for cold espresso, cold americano, cold brew coffee
- can do "cold foam" for milk to top the drink off.
