This web-based application trend is getting so bad that some users actively despise the idea of installing desktop software, and avoid it whenever possible.
I'll never understand why. I'd take a locally installed, updatable, maintainable, file-system-viewable and consumed-disk-space-controllable, uninstallable app over a browser-based one any day of the week and twice on Sundays. 😛 #Internet #apps #web
