...so naturally made soap is already a 'bad bacteria deterrent' without actually destroying the culture of bacteria that is healthy. Anti-bacterial soap is way more destructive than it is helpful for this reason.
Most people don't eat soap, so how destructive it is, is somewhat negligible, for healthy people. But when sick and washing extra often, or in environments such as hospital or elderly care homes, maintaining a healthy culture of bacteria is really really important.
