Self reflection is something I hate doing. I have a very negative opinion of myself, always have. When I do, it feels like opening old wounds that refuse to heal or judging myself against others - something social media doesn’t always help with, with everyone seemingly more tolerant, empathetic, talented or interesting than myself. I hope all of you have the strength of character I wish I possessed because you’d then be unstoppable. 😔
