if there's actually that much cash in "Digital World" this is clearly some kind of fraud. btw this is how tons of sketchy (actually, imaginary) Chinese companies went public in the US: the reverse merger. they find some struggling stock that only exists on paper, "merge" with it, and boom, they are a publicly-listed company in the USA without doing any of the complicated disclosures required for an IPO. there's a good HBO documentary about it, "The China Hustle."
