The video creator can "seed" their own content on any internet connection computer using the built-in Beacon tool. I'm working on other solutions for seeing content initially as well.
Once the content is seeded, then any viewer also becomes a seeder so long as the browser window is open. And there is a "copy magnet " button on every video so that anyone anywhere who wants that video to remain accessible can seed as well. Either using something like the Beacon tool or WebTorrent Desktop. š the content can be everywhere or nowhere. Depends on if anyone is willing to seed.
