I was once nine hours later on an eight our trip with them. It was the winter, and they ran out of coffee within the first hour, and everything else soon. The heating was failing in the carriages - they put us outside for 40 minutes, then we tromped back into the cars and one car's worth of people had to stand in the aisles.
And when we got to the destination, everything was closed and the train crew literally ran from us...
