A year ago, niftynei (npub1e0z…0txy) mentioned in https://stacker.news/items/353878 that ACINQ is working towards liquidity ads, which would enable this functionality. https://bitcoinops.org also indicates this, see updates in https://bitcoinops.org/en/topics/liquidity-advertisements/.
So fingers crossed we will be able to use Phoenix with any LSP supporting liquidity ads once they are done 👀
