For ~200k years, it was useful to trust your tribe and distrust the Others who were taking your resources.
For the last ~100 years, that kind of thinking has been shown to be incompatible with a modern interconnected civilization.
We urgently need to treat Tribalism as the superset of Racism that it is. We simply *must* overcome this baggage.
