It's a pretty bad time to be a content creator right now. Lost Twitter to Walmart Lex Luthor, lost TikTok to the nursing home for gently alive corpses. Instagram & threads heavily censor news and political content, YouTube is ok but is hard to do without posting long form professionally edited videos that take a lot of resources to create, Mastodon is decent but still fairly small, and BlueSky isn't really functional at all.
