While the first amendment prohibits the government from abridging your speech, it does not explicitly prohibit the government from hiring contractors or instructing corporations which it gives tax breaks and grants to from abridging your speech.
So decided, ALL you peons must now abide by my decision, for I am appointed for life, and post Marbury v Madison my word is deemed constitutional and legally binding.
