After several hours of fruitless attempts to reconnect my Alby (npub1get…0nfm) Wallet to Alby hub, I finally managed it by deleting everything and starting again.
Despite it not being connected, the Alby browser extension saw the entire transaction history, but not the balance.
I eventually had to choose a different budget to stop it using the same non existent connection.
I finally got it working, but you have to fool it that it isn't already connected.
I think a more robust disconnect and reconnect scripts are needed for corrupted connections.
