Stoke's first port of call is to create a plan. If Labour wins #GE2024, not being in the #EU won't be such an issue. HOWEVER, the Bank of England have forecast that #UK economic growth will be flat until 2025, so outside of huge borrowing, money will be short.
Borrowing to invest is fine, as opposed to the Tory's & tax cuts
