Your bandwidth should be extremely slow, on the realm of less than 10KiB/s for it to matter with I2P as usually I2P isn't fast (yet, give it a few years when inet is so centralized and censored that most people will rely on it for anything important), the point of it is that it's decentralized and anonymous, and it just works.
