I have problem finding the right Fenugreek that is used in Iran
The ones here don't have the strong aroma necessary to cook Iranian national dish (Ghorme Sabzi).
I have been using dried or canned vegetables, but I really want to have them fresh. As you said, It's a completely different taste.
