I'm trying really hard to understand what the SBF defense actually is. At first I thought it was the "birthday boy" defense, but he's being such a smug condescending asshole on the stand that I can't imagine the jurors will actually buy it.
Like, it seems like the argument is "I was owner and CEO but spent all my time "working" and had literally no idea what anyone was doing or who was working for me (despite being in 300 chats with all of them constantly telling them what to do)?"
