She is expressing courage but I don't understand the sign.
Does this sign imply she thinks that ICE will shoot her students?
Or that she will aim a gun at ICE agents and get shot?
I would expect that if ICE had a legal warrant etc. - they would also show up with enough manpower to physically restrain her and take the kid anyway. No need for guns.
