Note to self.
It’s not healthy to be in any rabbit hole too long.
As I observe it, the shadows and mirrors in the deep are lurking to extract life energy and will eat your soul and can have a sort of haunting effect.
Instead, I’ll try to be in the physical objective reality of the world. In nature, cheerful and light.
Don’t take the weight of the world on you, it’s not meant to be carried anyway.
You won’t be an NPC for just breathing once in a while.
Relax.
