been rearranging the workspace for better aesthetics and glare factor on the monitors and adjusting to the new internet - up top right of the sliding doors there you can see a 4G modem, that gives me 50mbit internet (rated at 150 but probably its base station is 3km down and to the left from its location) meh, small downgrade but big upgrade of it working all the time
still need to put the mini pc back into action, get it running a synced node on a linux install and migrating off bitcoin core to use something that can talk to bitcoin core, either BIP157 or just through the RPC to do tx broadcast... will have a mini pc, it will power my keyboard and the little screen down the bottom (that's my main "fun" screen, it has HDR and 144hz) and the modem and the mini pc which will sync bitcoin and when switched to use it with the usb powered switching hub even if the power is down i'll probably be able to get maybe 8 hours of using the mini pc and mini screen so i'm never really going to be offline except for if the mobile network here is wiped out
feeling good about the new setup, like i'm gonna do better work this way
out of frame is a total mess of cables and whatnot that i will tidy up soon, and yes that is a funnel bottom right, it's the one i use to fill the water bottle on the right of my desk (and that's not a meth pipe it's a weed pipe and yes it's a madeira style glass of wine and i'm smoking the legal HHC stuff i bought in funchal today)
HHC is ok, i mean, it's ok... better than smoking leaves or something, or flowers from hemp growing in the bulgarian/romanian countryside (they work, but hmmmmm not quite as good as this)
