A daily lifehack I learned from TikTok is dishwashers don't release the tablet until the second cycle. The first just sprays the dishes with water for a while, which is kind of useless. If you put some detergent or dishwasher powder in the bottom of the dishwasher before you start it, you get an extra wash cycle and everything comes out way cleaner.
