Oh, and, ah - possibly the biggest gotcha is the amount of data you *don't* get. I think this file is all there is on your own box, so you need to pull data from the cloud. You can see the beacon includes the flight number (JST674 at the top of this, which is more commonly known as JA674 (BNE-DRW), but the destination isn't there, and I think that needs an online lookup table somehow.
And once you are doing a set of internet lookups anyway, you might as well just get the whole data from the internet, given there's not much benefit sourcing it yourself then.
