Frank Gardner, security correspondent at the BBC, was raising a similar point. If there is no follow up then what was the point of #Israel doing this now? Two other options IMO:
1) The operation was about to be exposed, so the window would have closed
2) #Hezbollah themselves were about to kick off a big operation and this disrupts that
