I grew up on this dish.

Rabo Encendido isn’t strict carnivore — and I know some people will have opinions.

But this is real life. I’ve been carnivore for almost a year and a half, and I’m in a season where I trust what my body can handle.
This recipe? It’s flavor, it’s comfort, it’s home.
