oh I would say it's especially present in the private sector. We produce value and goods for foreign companies and code-switch to foreign accents so they can understand us better and adopt anglicized nicknames because they can't pronounce our names (but can somehow pronounce Timothay Shalamay), and they pay us a pittance for the privilege so we go out and proudly tell our fellow citizens "I work for Meta you know"
