I just finished a 15 minute cold bath.
If you’re feeling off, unfocused or unclear.
Take a cold bath.
I’m in Canada at the moment and the water coming out of the tap is bloody cold.
Start at 5-7 minutes if you’re new.
Build up to 20 minutes plus after you get used to it.
Around the 7-9minutes mark it typically becomes easy to stay in the cold, your body adapts.
I do this weekly to build tolerance to cold and gain health benefits.
