I've been having a lot of trouble growing garlic the last few years; it's been beset by rust and white mold and other icky non-treatable diseases. I had almost given up on garlic. I didn't grow it for several years.

This year I had some extra space in the garden and it had been a while so I put in some garlic with a lot of hope. Surprise! No disease at all and big healthy garlic heads. I am super pleased.
