Despite wearing a big hat, I had too much sunshine yesterday = banging headache for the remainder of the day.
Feeling more human now.
It's hitting around 20C. I'd hate to be in London where it's peaking around 30C. 🥵
Sadly, this is now the norm (until the Gulf Stream collapses and everything gets colder).
