trying to find a point-and-shoot digital camera that's as good as the 12.1MP Sony Cybershot I have from 2009 (its old propietary battery is unreliable; uses inconvenient wall charger) and the Pixel 5a phone I used to have (never buying another Pixel after that POS bricked, but damn it had a great camera).
I got a Kodak PixPro usb rechargeable camera last year from B&H for only $100 but its photos are TRASH. I'm afraid that the decent digital camera is something we lost to fancy smartphones 😭
