Well… it kind of makes sense. Everybody who was willing to take his coins of exchanges probably did that earlier.
Exchange itself and ETFs are running or IOUs and until really big happens, they don’t need to ship coins elsewhere.
I agree that it’s not a good thing, but so far I am not willing to lose my shit over it. It’s been like a few dozens blocks?
