As Boomers exit the workforce, there isn't anyone behind them to take their spots.
I predict there will be a greater reliance on automated systems to do tasks that humans would normally do years ago. We already see it in trading, but I already see it in my company where we are using robots and automated routing systems to do shit.
I look at design plans all day -- we are proposing we suc AI on those to "free me up"
