I remember when they rolled out this new line of bendy busses people saying this would absolutely happen even with regular maintenance.

I’m curious as to whether they turned a blind eye or whether they decided cost/benefit it was worth just dealing with it when it happened.

If truly there was better options, or just dealing with this was the best way to go.
