Nostr.land is one of the earliest paid relays.
Azzamo is a relatively new paid relay. Not sure about their reliability metrics.
Nostr.wine requires additional payments for inbox and archival. Nostr.land has them included.
They also subsidize existing users’ cost with new users, which has not collapsed yet, but who knows when it will end :)
Also, Nostr.land uses NFDB, which has a significantly improved architecture than other relays, and allows scalable operation.
