I think the new user experience where you find people but also feel like they find you and hear you is important. Instagram and Twitter do a amazing job of promoting new users so they quickly feel engagement.
We need to do that better in nostr.
One thing Bluesky does that makes newbies feel good is it delivers new followers to you without much effort.
Now these followers don’t actually talk to you. But your ego sure gets a boost.
