One of the key things to emerge from the #CovidInquiry this week has been the problem of #MattHancock.
In a parallel to Cassandra, his reputation for exaggeration & publicity seeking, led his (as it turned out, accurate) concerns about #Covid in January 2020 to be dismissed as yet more exaggeration & hysteria by #BorisJohnson's staff....
On one level this is a strange defence of Hancock, while right he had a rubbish reputation, but sounds like a plausible account of #Tory office #politics!
