Some events are purely non-robabilistic. Today, I have seen a teenage Scottish boy leading a prayer. However, the son of Noah (a.s), the wife of Lot (a.s), and even Abu Talib who was the beloved uncle of Muhammad (saw) are not saved from the fire, and they wouldn't be under any circumstances (Al-An'am 27-28).
Thus, any probabilistic framework, whether it is frequentist or Bayesian, cannot explain Sunnatullah.
Allahu alam.
