One might hope that #universities would be beacons of #transparency (actually have worked in the sector for 25 years before retiring, I don't but you can see the rhetorical point I'm making).
Well, on foreign donations not only is there a lack of transparency but a programme of lobbying to keep anonymous donations from oversees exactly that, anonymous.
One can only ask: what have they got to hide?
