Iām officially done with deailing with buggy behavior stuff on #Trello. Ever since it opened up to #AI, even though we don't want it, it's become unusable.
It forgets tasks.
It doesn't load.
It slows down our team.
So, I'm thinking about rolling my own with #FOSS. We're a small team of four people. We don't need much other than something that tracks projects and due dates and allows us to add files to it.
Suggestions?
