What a coincidence :). And I get it, during my brief time in Canada I also lived in Toronto as this was were the fiat mines were located. Also, not a very far fight between Northgate Shopping Centre and Eaton Centre.
I'm serious about Brazil though. You will struggle to find a place with a more enthusiastic BTC community. Plus, while it is a developing country with its problems, the infrastructure in places like São Paulo and Florianópolis is pretty good (São Paulo specifically makes even London feel small). Costs of living are also much lower than Toronto and the weather is great. After 10 years in the UK I'm starting to think more serious about going back. At the moment I couldn't do this without taking a major cut to my income at the moment, but if I was earning more in BTC than GBP or has a client willing me to pay in GBP / EUR / USD to work remotely I would take the jump without thinking twice.
