I don't think I'll find a food dehydrator that will suit me for very long, so I'm kinda thinking.... If I were to whip up a wooden box, install 4 or 5 of those suckers inside, hook them up to a temperature controller, add some adjustable vents on top and near the bottom so hot humid air can escape and be replaced with fresh air.... 🤔🤔🤔🤔
