I’ve been watching a great documentary on the Wu-Tang Clan, which made me realize I’d never really given 36 Chambers a “proper” listen. I gave it a proper listen last night. I was struck by just how rough it was. Not a bad thing! It was sort of joyful realizing something made by youthful amateurs had such an amazing cultural impact.
