#Nostr is amazing because:
1) User control their Keys, and those keys and allows user to hop on any nostr app in the nostrverse.
2) It’s really easy to create different events and all apps talk to each other seamlessly.
3) Zaps, Lightning integration is the coolest thing created in social networks.
The decentralization naturally happens because of open source and protocol etc etc. we don’t need to force it. Give me a local backup or allow me to backup on my own relay and you solved 99% of the decentralization issue by creating my own redundancy.
Give me 1-click re-broadcast all my events. So that if someone does something bad, we switch, and instantly rebroadcast all our social graph.
Usability is much more important than decentralization this early on. If your protocol is super decentralized but noone wants to use it, then who cares. Switching to more decentralized ways of pulling notes is something can be easily changed later.
