Good question.
I would say that even though there are a lot of garbage memes, especially since AI the internets is flooded with garbage memes.
It doesn't say that all memes are junk does it.
It is the same as with pods. Just because there are a lot of bad pods it doesn't reflect bad on the great pods.
Now what is a good meme. What I failed to mention is that truth resonate on a special wavelength.
A serious meme, even if made as mocking can resonate deep in peoples mind.
